How to upload invoice via Portal?

Select the agreement to which you want to add an invoice and click on the button “Create New Invoice”

Fill all the fields, attach the invoice and click Create. Remember to add the invoice file otherwise you will not be able to create an invoice.

How to check invoice in SOFT4FACTORING system. Open the main dashboard and click on New Invoices tile.

Here you can see the invoice, which was uploaded from the portal with the document attached.

What if you want to add invoice pool from the portal?

When creating the invoice, navigate to the upload invoice list tab. Then select the debtor and download excel template. If you don't see the Agreement Vendor/Debtor values, try to reopen the page.

Here is an example of the invoice list which will be uploaded.

After upload you can see the list on the portal. If everything is okay, click upload.

After invoices are uploaded, you need to add the document too. This document will be assigned to the first Factoring invoice. This functionality is only for the demo purpose to show what the system is capable of. 

 

This invoice list will appear on the SOFT4Factoring new invoices tile.
