To set up fixed increase for leases, you first have to enable it in the Lease Setup page. You can find it from Role Center, navigating to Setup → Lease Setup. In the Lease Setup page, under the System Feature Configuration tab, Payments section, enable option Use Fixed Increase Paym. Schedule.

Turning this option on will add a Based on Fixed Increase section in the Payments tab of the Lease Card.

Enter values in the Fixed Increase Rate %, Fixed Increase From Period No., and Fixed Increase Frequency (Payment Periods) fields. For example, in the screenshot provided above, payments increase by 5% every 12 months from the first period. Below is an example of how the Payment Schedule would look with this fixed increase setup.

The way fixed increase applies depends on field Fixed Increase Calculation Method field found in Lease Setup.

Option Original applies the fixed increase only after the first round of periods have already passed. In this example, the payment would only increase on period 13 - this is also seen in the Payment Schedule provided above.
Option New applies the fixed increase from the period that's filled the Fixed Increase From Period No. field. Below is the example of using option New.
