Creating subleases with One-to-Many or One-to-One Loose relations
You can review general information about sublease creation (with One-to-One Tight relation) here. In this article we will be slightly expanding the previously linked guide with some additional information that is needed to grasp in order to create correct One-to-Many or One-to-One Loose relation subleases.
The main differing aspect for these types of subleases is the relation and proportion values.
In the head lease, there should be fields relating to Lease Volume under section Payments. These fields are fundamental to 1:N sublease relations. In the example below, the lease volume is selected as 100. You can also provide a fitting Unit of Measure. A One-to-Many or One-to-One Loose relation will take a part of this volume and be subleased - in this case, a sublease takes 45 volume from the head lease. The remaining volume of the head lease is 55.

The volume subleased is selected in the Sublease Card (see below).

The RoU Subleased is directly proportional to the volume selected.
