To assign or replace a SOFT4 License you must first access the SOFT4 Users table either via the search bar or through the main Role Center as seen below.

The page will contain a table. Enter a new or edit an existing User ID (User IDs can be found in Business Central Users table) to assign a license to a user. The License type can be either 'Full User' or ‘Limited User’, depending on your purchased licenses.
