To copy a company you need to go into Companies page and select which company you would like to copy.

After selecting company to copy - select from action bar Copy action.

After selecting Copy you would be prompted to create a new name for copied company and select that you understand locking of company during copy:

After waiting for a bit you will have an additional company that is copied from one you have selected.
