There could be a scenario where the user needs to apply specific payments on the first or last payments of the lease. This is easily done by using the Special First Payment and Special Last Payment fields.

You can find these fields on the Lease Card, in the Payment tab, Fixed Lease Payment section. Enter the amounts you would like to see on either first or last period and the payment schedule will adjust accordingly.
