Bug Fixes

• Fixed amount calculations in the Service Revenue Forecast report.
• Fixed an issue where the Lease Contract page would fail to open with the error message “The date is not valid.” when the Show Calculated Amounts parameter was enabled in Real Estate Setup and the price line fields were not fully populated.
• Enabled charge creation from cost entries by splitting amounts between different contracts when the tenant changes during the period.
• Fixed an issue where blocked Lease Units were displayed in the Lease Unit Availability Chart.
   

Improvements

• Updated the DocuSign integration to support the REST API.
• Improved the performance of the Lease Unit Availability Chart in the Role Center.
• Added the ability to link deposits to Lease Contracts in both General Journals and Payment Journals.
• Added Applies-to Doc. Type and Applies-to Doc. No. fields to the Sales Invoice header, allowing users to apply open customer ledger entries, such as security deposits or payments, directly when posting the invoice.
• Updated the Lease Contract Actions menu to use ActionRef.
• Improved Lease Release and Termination Workflows to support multilevel approvals using standard Business Central functionality.
• Added a new API for Cust. Ledger Entry.
