Before you can configure DocuSign in SOFT4Spaces, you need a DocuSign developer account with an Integration Key and RSA key pair. This guide walks through creating these in the DocuSign developer portal.
- Create a DocuSign developer account to access the sandbox environment. Once the account is created, DocuSign automatically assigns a User ID and an API Account ID.

- On the Apps and Keys page, choose Add App and Integration Key.

- Enter the App Name, then choose Create App.
- Select the required Integration Type.

- In the Authentication section, select Yes for Is your application able to securely store a client secret?
- Set the Authentication Method for your App to Authorization Code Grant.

- In the Service Integration section, choose Generate RSA.

Note:
Save both keys in a secure location. DocuSign does not display them again after this step.

- Copy the RSA private key and convert it to an XML file. This file is uploaded later in SOFT4Spaces by using the Set RSA Private Key action.
- Under Additional settings, add the redirect URI https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/OAuthLanding.htm, then choose Save.

- Open E-signature Setup in SOFT4Spaces and choose the Set RSA Private Key action to import the XML file that contains the RSA key.
