New Features

  • Sales invoice sending settings are now aligned with the standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality and managed through the Report Selection feature. This adjustment ensures a more standardized and streamlined process going forward.
  • Improvements to standard email sending functionality to allow defining report request page parameters and to prevent sending duplicate emails if an email has already been sent for that document.
  • The old functionality for sending Sales Invoices from SOFT4Spaces has been hidden to ensure the new functionality is used.

Improvements

  • Reviewed and adjusted the fields validations in the Purchase and Sales lines tables, to ensure correct data entry, required for Soft4Spaces functionality. The system now prevents posting of Purchase invoice and Purchase credit memo, if the data required for Soft4Spaces functionality is incomplete.
  • Improved penalty information filling in the Lease Contract. Now, depending on the penalty type, the system prevents incorrect information from being entered.
  • Improved Real Estate Manager role center loading speed. It now allows use of the role center buttons before all the tabs are fully loaded.
  • Modified behavior: if a Lease Unit has an active Holdover in the Lease Contract, the Lease Unit will be shown with Status “Rented” in Lease Unit Availability Chart.

Bug Fixes

  • The Earliest Termination Date field on the Lease Contract Header page has been updated. Its calculation has been adjusted and no longer depends on the Break Clause conditions. 
  • Attempted to divide by zero” error message was displayed when posting a purchase invoice with a specified lease unit, where the service has a valid price with Price Type - Meter, but the meter readings have not been declared. When posting a purchase invoice, the system should not take these valid service prices into account.
  • Sales Price is shown for the Standalone Building unit in the Lease Contract lines.
  • Fixed bug, when the warnings page was opened twice on the new contract release, if the contract has any warnings.
